The tenth annual Norwich Film Festival will see all 132 pictures made available online, for the first time in the event’s history.
This November’s festival will also see the largest ever selection, picked from a record of 1268 entries from 55 countries.
Audiences will be able to purchase a range of different online passes, giving access to individual films, specific strands, or the entire selection.
Prices and details of when passes can be purchased have yet to be confirmed.
The festival says it also aims to have some in-person events in Norwich city centre, depending on coronavirus measures in place at the time.
Festival founder Kellen Playford said: “While this has been an incredibly difficult year for all of us working within the arts sector, we are considerably lucky to have the opportunity to develop an online version of the festival.
“The ability to embrace innovative technologies allows us to reach new audiences and give our filmmakers an even bigger platform to showcase their work.”

Films feature a range of famous faces from the world of film & television, including Alia Shawkat (Arrested Development), Paul Kaye (Game of Thrones), Alice Lowe (Sightseers), John Simm (Doctor Who), Saoirse-Monica Jackson (Derry Girls), Steve Oram (Sightseers), Jane Horrocks (Absolutely Fabulous), Tim Key (Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa), and Ruth Madely (Years and Years).
Awards judges include Rocketman director Dexter Fletcher and Missing Link producer Arianne Sutner.
